Get The Right Training



My Company just had a training program for all the stuffs in my department. The training program is based on training and developing us employees and also provides us with a wide range of training solutions and opportunities to learn. The training was developed to help us employees reach our maximum performance potential. The department provides staff with the capability to deliver outstanding service to our customers, and helps staff to acquire the competencies needed to exceed customer expectations. During the training program, i did plan, manage and conduct training programs to support customers’ needs, primarily with a focus on operations and processing management, learn and leverage cross-country cultural nuances in training courses and experiences, and Work on certain business and functional projects using Six Sigma, and measure the impact of these projects.
